The costs of the pilot phase will be covered by research funds and private funds. The Seed Initiative as well as the GIZ is supporting DeCo!. In addition, DeCo! relies on private donations to cover its costs during this testing phase. If you want to support us, please visit our betterplace project site. All donations are forwarded to 100% and all transactions are kept fully transparent.

After the pilot phase DeCo! plans to cover its operational costs and generates reasonable profits. From then onwards social investors will be attracted to finance the expansion. These investors are looking for profitable businesses but instead of maximizing profits their primary goal is to solve social and environmental problems.
